Our Roses are all BIG, Grade A Roses.

They come absolutely FRESH from our Bangkok suppliers as soon as they have arrived from overseas.
They are not available from Pattaya street sellers or market flower sellers (they usually only sell Thai Roses).
They are more expensive than Thai Roses but are much bigger and more long-lasting.
People can easily see the difference in size (see comparison photo below), and are usually very impressed when you give them these Roses - so they are a great gift.

Standard Thai Roses are much smaller (and cheaper) than the Roses we sell.
Standard Thai Roses are the type of Rose that is usually sold by street and market flower sellers in Pattaya.

BEWARE OTHER FLOWER WEBSITES: If you use other Flower websites, they may have (high) big, imported Roses-type prices but supply only (cheap, small) Thai Roses. If they do not say what type of Roses they use in their products, you can assume they are Thai Roses.

Can I Trust you to Deliver my Order correctly?
Yes, definitely. We (Isan Flowers) are a real flower shop in Pattaya with very experienced staff and a great reputation for quality, service and reliability. We use the best flowers suppliers and normally use our own staff to do deliveries – which make us very reliable. See our Why Buy From Us? page
You can also ask (via our Order Form) for a delivery photo so you can see what your Order really looked like (NOTE: Provision of photo is subject to recipient giving permission)

ORDERING
Must I give you the Full Name of the person I want you to deliver to?
No - but it will help very much if you can give it to us. Sometimes, there is more than one person at a delivery place with the same nickname (short first name). The full First Name and Last Name of the recipient reduces the risk of delivering to the wrong person.
Must I give you the Full Delivery Address of the person I want you to deliver to?
No - but it will help very much if you do give us as much information about the delivery place as you can. It will help us plan the delivery and find the recipient if we cannot contact them using the contact telephone number you give us
Must I give you a telephone number you can use to contact the person (or the place they work, or the people they work or live with) I want you to deliver to?
Yes, this is very, very important. Before delivery, we need to check with the recipient (or someone who sees them regularly) that we will be able to deliver your Order at the Date, Time and Place you have requested (or agree an alternative with them).
Please try to give us the mobile telephone number of the recipient. If you do not know their mobile number, give us the telephone number of place where they work, where they live or someone they meet every day.
I did not receive an email copy of my Order after I completed and submitted the Order Form.
Our website always sends an automated email containing the information you entered into the Order Form to your e-mail address that you entered into the Form. Please check your email Inbox and also Spam folder. If you cannot see the email copy of your Order there, you probably made a spelling mistake when you entered your e-mail address into the Form (in order wordfs, gave us a wrong e-mail address). Please Contact Us for help.
Can I order by Telephone, Email, LINE app or WhatsApp instead of using the Order Form on this website?
Yes, definitely - but please be ready to give us the same information as the questions asked on the Order Form. See our Contact Us page for the ways to contact us and give us your Order.
PAYMENT
How can I Pay for my Order?
Customers can pay for an Order using any of the following methods:
- Credit Card or Debit Card (our website will send you to the non-PayPal Member area of the PayPal website to enter your card details safely)
- PayPal Account
- Thai Bank transfer/QR Code
- Wise (international money transfer)

What should I do if PayPal does not accept my Credit/Debit card, or I have some other PayPal problem?

DELIVERY
Can you Deliver the Same Day I make my Order?
Sometimes - if you contact us early enough and you want afternoon or evening delivery near Pattaya. If you are ordering from outside Thailand, you may be in a country where the time is several hours behind Pattaya. This means that although it may be morning or afternoon where you are, it may be evening or night time in Pattaya – too late to deliver that day. PLEASE NOTE: We check our e-mail several times a day, but not continuously – so there may be a delay before we see your Order.
Can you Deliver to places like GoGo/Coyote Bars, Beer Bars, Shops & Hospitals?
Yes, definitely - but please give us on the Order Form the contact (mobile) telephone number of the person you want us to deliver to and instructions where to leave the delivery if the recipient is not at the delivery place. We deliver to Go Go/Coyote Bars and Beer Bars quite often and we sometimes have to tell customers that the recipient was busy or not there at delivery time. If the recipient cannot take delivery personally, we usually leave the delivery with another member of staff in the bar (the cashier or mamasan, for example), for the recipient to collect later when they have time.
Can you Deliver to Places in the "Contact Us" area on your Delivery Map?
Yes, but we will usually need to ask you to pay for the extra cost of delivery (approximately 50-200 Baht, on average). Our product prices only include the cost of delivery to places on our Roses-To-Pattaya Delivery Map. The cost of delivery to other places will depend on the delivery address / location. After we receive your Order we will tell you if we can deliver to that place, tell you the extra cost and send you a way to pay us before we can deliver.
Can you Deliver to Other Areas of Pattaya & Chonburi Province (places not on your Delivery Map)?
Usually yes, but we will need to ask you to pay for the extra cost of delivery. The cost will depend on the delivery address / location. After we receive your Order we will tell you if we can deliver to that place, tell you the extra cost and send you a way to pay us before we can deliver. If you like, you can use our Contact Us page to tell us your delivery address and ask us what our delivery price is for that place.
Can you Deliver to Other Areas of Thailand (places outside Chonburi Province)?
Unfortunately no, not at the moment.

Is Your Website Secure? Yes. Our website has an SSL certificate and uses https://.
Will my Payment Card details be secure if I use my Credit or Debit Card to pay for an Order? Yes. Payment (the final stage of the Roses-To-Pattaya.com Checkout process) is managed entirely by PayPal’s own secure website. Isan Flowers will NOT see or receive any of your sensitive financial information (your credit card, bank account number, etc). None of that information is processed or stored on roses-to-pattaya.com
